Kid Shelleen's Charcoal House and Saloon was established in 1983. A relaxed, casual atmosphere with an open grill, great food, oval bar, and outdoor patio enters into this successful formula. Kid Shelleen's became a trendsetter in a largely unknown neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware that now boasts many bars, restaurants, and upscale shops. Our patio is always open (weather permitting) and can provide just the right atmosphere for that (all too short) Lunch break.    

We also provide a facility for wedding rehearsals and banquet dinners for those special occasions. The "Ballou Room" is available year round and equipped with all the extras you might need. The holiday season is a busy time of year for us, so book your party  well in advance to ensure your reservation. Our multiple banquet menus allow for a vast selection of food and drink, buffet or plated, we will tailor our services to provide the best experience possible.
