We have enclosed our private dining menus for your consideration.
Ballou Room General Information:
Menu Options: We offer several options to accommodate your function: buffet, pre-arranged sit down and hors d'oeuvres. We can also offer our regular a la carte menu to parties with up to, but not exceeding, 20 guests. We readily allow outside cakes for special events and will cut and serve them at no additional charge.
Room Capacity: Maximum of 65 guests for a seated or buffet meal
Maximum of 75 guests for a standing cocktail party
Minimum of 25 guests for a seated or buffet meal
Room Fees: $50.00 for luncheon, cocktail or dinner events
$100.00 for all day rental
$50.00 for meetings or half day rental
Equipment: The use of our C.D. player, television, vcr/dvd player, microphone & flipcharts are complimentary to our guests.

Conditions
I understand that my non-refundable deposit will serve as my room fee.
I understand that a bartender is required, with a bar set-up fee of $40.00, if cocktails are to be served during the event. The bar can be arranged on a cash or consumption basis.
I understand there will be an 18% gratuity added to all food and consumption bar charges.
I understand that full payment is expected at the end of the function, unless direct billing has been pre-established.
I understand that final menu selections are required no later than one week prior to my event.
I understand my final guest count and table arrangements are due no later than 5 days prior to the event.
I understand all food charges are based on the guaranteed guest count or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
Buffet meals are intended for selection and amount desired by individual, not for removal from premises upon conclusion of banquet.
Kid Shelleen's reserves the right to limit the noise volume in the Ballou Room for the consideration of others.
All Federal, state and local laws in regards to food and beverage consumption and purchases must be strictly adhered to.
I assume responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance, and for any damage or theft of property. And I understand that there must be an adult present at all times during a function of persons that are 18 or under.
